Letter from the
Secretary-General
Dear Delegates, Faculty Advisors, and Esteemed Guests,
My name is Joshua Sham and it is my privilege and honour to serve as your Secretary-General for HTSMUN III.

Since the beginning of my Model UN journey in Grade 9, I have attended numerous unforgettable conferences where I developed new friendships, strengthened the already existing ones, and furthered my knowledge of significant world issues. It is my sincere wish that, wherever you are in your Model UN journey, this conference is an experience just as memorable.
The HTSMUN III secretariat has faced a myriad of obstacles due to new commitments and graduations, every one of which has made our team more resilient and capable. I would like to give my sincere gratitude to every one of the past and present secretariat members who have contributed to planning HTSMUN III. Despite the challenges we faced, you have exhibited a rare determination and grit for which I am truly grateful. I also would like to thank our staff advisors, dias members, and volunteers for all their hard work, flexibility, and support. I would lastly like to thank the delegates who have registered for your participation. Without you, HTSMUN III would not have materialized, and I wish you the very best in your committees. After numerous hours of tireless preparation, I am proud to present to you HTSMUN III.
